RETURN POLICY

We hope you will not find any reason to return your products, but if you do, we back all of our products with a 30-day money-back guarantee. (Your guarantee period may be more than 30 days if you ordered certain products during a special promotion). Simply email Customer Service to get your Return Authorization number to return it for a full refund of the purchase price, no questions asked.

1. Email us for an RA# at the email above. Write your RA# on your return label sticker. For your convenience, a return label sticker is included at the bottom of the packing slip with the return address and a space to write your RA #.

2. Circle the items you're returning on your packing slip.

3. Box the items you're returning along with the packing slip, and attach the return label sticker to the box.

4. Return the box using any carrier you wish (US Mail, UPS, Fed Ex, etc.). Just peel off the return label sticker from the packing slip and affix it to the outside of the box. This is not a postage-paid label, return postage is your responsibility.

5. We recommend you insure the package and retain your receipt or tracking number for your records. MaxBody is not responsible for lost packages.

6. We process all returns within 7 days of receipt of merchandise in our warehouse. Please allow 30 days to see the refund on your monthly credit card statement.

7. Late returns, returns without an RA#, refused deliveries, return-to-sender and cash-on-deliveries (CODs) are not accepted.

Note: Tax is charged both on product cost and S&H cost. The tax applied to the product cost is refundable. Canadian residents are charged 7% GST on the sub-total of their orders. This GST is refundable upon return of the order

When you work with customers, what kind of information do you collect?

 When you register on our site, subscribe our newsletter, place an order for our products, or fill out a form, we are collecting information from you in order to serve you best.

How do you make sure that my private information is secure?

 We have many ways of making sure that any sensitive information that gets passed on to us is protected appropriately.

 First, our website is hosted on a secure server.  When you provide sensitive personal or credit information, it is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then it is encrypted into our payment gateway providers’ database.  This information is then only accessible to those who have obtain special authorization and access rights to these systems, and these individuals are required by law to keep your information confidential.
