I was fortunate to have the opportunity to work out with Debbie at Beachbody headquarters in Santa Monica. She was there to lead employees in a workout. I witnessed guys who did P90X everyday getting their butts kicked!
Slim in 6 is a great place to start, even if you think you are already fit. Slim is 6 is the first program I bought from Beachbody. After 2 weeks I was a believer. I could see a difference in my shape. And I felt great! The exercises target and work every problem area women have in weight loss and toning. The results come much
quicker than any program I have ever used.
I like the workouts because they aren't based on a lot of dancy choreography. Lots of squats, lunges, etc. Debbie is famous for squats and lunges. Slim in 6 is a serious workout. It builds to one hour a day, 6 days a week for 6 weeks. It includes resistance training and cardio. I really like using resistance bands.

3 workouts for amazing body-slimming results:
- Start It Up!
Introduces you to the basic Slim Training moves for burning calories and reshaping your body. (25 min.) It teaches you the various moves that you will use throughout the videos. You may find yourself thinking that Phase One is too easy. The next day you may be reminded with a sore body that the exercise is doing
what it should be doing. So stick with phase one and start to develop a health habit of regular fitness.
- Ramp It Up!
After Day 1, you’ll be sore all over again. You’ll burn more calories each day to accelerate your results. It’s a step up so you may alternate between Start It Up and Ramp It Up until you get use to it. I did. (48 min.)
- Burn It Up!
This is what you’re working toward. Burn It Up will kick anyone’s butt. It takes slimming and toning to the next level to complete your body reshaping. (60 min.
